We ship worldwide using Ukrainian postal service “Ukrposhta”, during 1-3 working days after receipt of your payment.

• Before buying please make sure the address specified is full and correct. In case we ship your item to your old or invalid address and it returns back as unclaimed or wrong address, we will only refund you for the item. We can also ship the package again to the correct address, but only if you cover post service expenses.
• Items will be carefully packaged to prevent any damage during shipping.
• All packages are sent with tracking number and require signature when receiving. – Tracking number start working within 24h, after dispatching the item.
• international delivery takes 15-25 days (sometimes longer depending on the country).
• Buyers are responsible for all customs, taxes and duties which has to be paid in their country. You can also contact us if you have any questions or need some help.
• Sometimes packages can be delivered with delays, because of holidays or due to post service overload, or to some other circumstances which we cannot affect. If there is any problems with delivery or the package is not delivered on time, please contact us and we will help solve the problem.

We accept returns within 45 days form form shipping date.

• Before returning the package please contact us.
• The item has to be returned in an original unused condition.
• The part must be returned in its original state and in not used condition. We proceed refund immediately after getting and checking the returned goods.
• Shipping costs are not refundable unless the item is defective.
• Item should be well packed to avoid any damages.
• If we receive the item and it is not in the same condition as was sent to you or damaged, return wont be accepted and no refund will be issued.
• If item has arrived damaged to you, as evidence you have to provide us pictures with the package as well.
